HARNZ ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Auto-Doc Limited, based in New Zealand. HARNZ specialises in personalised, laser-engraved gifts including keychains, bottle openers, coasters, mugs, and jewellery.

2. Orders and personalisation details
When you place an order, you're responsible for the accuracy of any personalisation details you submit (names, text, dates, uploaded images). Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, as production begins shortly after your order is placed.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing your order if a correction is needed.

4. Production and delivery
See our Shipping & Delivery policy for current timeframes. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control (courier delays, high demand periods, etc.).

5. Returns and refunds

6. Intellectual property
Uploaded images, logos, or designs must be your own or ones you have permission to use. We reserve the right to decline any order containing content that infringes on copyright, trademark, or is otherwise inappropriate.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HARNZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, beyond your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
