Shipping policy

Every HARNZ piece is made to order, so please read the timelines below alongside your delivery estimate.

Production time
Because each item is personalised and engraved specifically for you, please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be made before it ships. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother's/Father's Day), this may extend slightly — we'll let you know if that's the case.

Shipping within New Zealand

• Standard shipping: 3–5 working days once dispatched
• Free shipping on orders over $99 NZD
• Rural delivery may take an extra 1–2 working days

Shipping internationally
At this stage we currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping is coming soon — get in touch if you'd like to be notified.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
