We want you to love your personalised jewellery and feel confident in its quality.

All HARNZ personalised jewellery is covered by our 12-Month Quality Guarantee from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

Our guarantee covers manufacturing or workmanship faults including:

Faulty clasps or jewellery components
Manufacturing defects in the chain or pendant
Personalisation or engraving errors made by HARNZ
Unusual plating failure caused by a manufacturing defect under normal use

Where an item is confirmed to have a covered fault, HARNZ may repair, replace or provide another appropriate remedy.

What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Gradual fading or colour change from regular use
Scratches, dents or surface marks
Chains broken through pulling, catching or accidental damage
Damage caused by water, swimming, chlorine, salt water or excessive moisture
Damage caused by perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, cleaning products or other chemicals
Improper storage or misuse
Lost or stolen jewellery

Caring for Your Jewellery

To help maintain the appearance of your 18K Gold PVD-plated jewellery, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, chemicals and cleaning products. Store your jewellery in a clean, dry place when not being worn.

Personalised Jewellery

Because personalised jewellery is made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are generally not available once personalisation has been completed.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised by HARNZ or otherwise does not meet applicable requirements under New Zealand consumer law.

Your Consumer Rights

The HARNZ 12-Month Quality Guarantee is provided in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this guarantee.
